We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, leads by example, builds a strong team, and creates a positive workplace while keeping daily operations running smoothly.
Job Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Restaurant management or leadership experience
- Strong communication & people skills
- Ability to hire, train, motivate and lead a team
- Experience managing scheduling, labor and daily operations
- Organized, dependable and solutions-oriented
- Passion for great food, hospitality and guest experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed
