The holiday magic is back on the Square, and Downtown Georgetown’s beloved horse drawn carriage rides are returning for another season. Families and friends can enjoy a peaceful, light filled ride through the historic district while soaking in the charm of Christmas in Georgetown. The event supports ROCK Ride On Center for Kids, a Georgetown nonprofit providing equine assisted therapies for children, adults, and veterans.
Ride Schedule
Carriage rides run every 20 minutes from 6:00 PM to 9:15 PM on select nights in December.
Carriage Types & Dates
Two ride styles are available, each offered on different nights:
Family Carriage Ride
Available on December 11, 12, 14, 16, and 17.
Wagonette Carriage Ride
Available on December 13, 18, and 19.
Arrival Requirements
Guests must arrive 15 minutes before their reserved departure time with their full party. Because the staging area is tight and rides run continuously, late arrivals cannot be accommodated and missed timeslots are non refundable.
