Founded by Mirian Diop, Katï Coffee began with a single question: What makes a cup of coffee truly exceptional? That question led Mirian on a journey through the art and science of roasting, exploring origin, terroir, and varietal to bring out the best in every bean.
At Katï, each coffee is roasted in small batches with intention and care, balancing precision and creativity to highlight the distinct character of each origin. Whether you prefer a single-origin roast or a carefully crafted blend, every bag reflects a deep respect for the bean and the people behind it.
