New Severe Storms Developing
As of 9:25 AM, storms are redeveloping along the I-35 corridor from San Antonio to Waco, bringing rainfall rates of up to 4 inches per hour. The risk for flooding remains high throughout the morning and into the afternoon.

San Gabriel River Flooding & Georgetown Evacuations
The San Gabriel River is at major flood stage, and low-lying areas along the river are experiencing dangerous conditions.
Current Evacuations in Georgetown & Surrounding Areas
Due to the rising San Gabriel River and continued heavy rainfall, multiple evacuation orders have been issued throughout Georgetown and Williamson County. Here’s a breakdown of current affected areas:

UPDATED FLOOD CREST FORECAST (South Fork San Gabriel River)

The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Warning for the South Fork San Gabriel River at Georgetown, with the river expected to crest at approximately 29.7 feet by around 1 PM today, far above the 9‑foot flood stage
⚠️ Stay off the trails and low-water crossings – water this high is extremely dangerous.
Liberty Hill Evacuations
Evacuation advisories also remain in effect for residents near Bear Creek & CR 200 and the Rio Bonita RV Park. Shelter is available at Cross Tracks Church, 101 Church St., Liberty Hill.
