Georgetown, TX: Georgetown just got a little tastier. Happy Chicks, the fast-casual restaurant known for its bold, made-to-order chicken tenders and creative sauces, has opened its newest location at 900 N Austin Ave, Suite 410.
Owner Sarah Mancilla got her start at a Happy Chicks location in Austin before jumping at the chance to take over the business. Since then, she and her partner have expanded the brand into multiple locations, with Georgetown now home to their latest spot.
Happy Chicks sets itself apart with its signature tenders and extensive lineup of house-made sauce favorites include, Avocado Poblano and Mango Jalapeño. “We wanted tenders that weren’t bland and more than one sauce choice,” says Mancilla. “We have something for everyone.”
In addition to good food, giving back is baked into the business model. Every Sunday, kids eat free with a purchase, and Happy Chicks actively supports local school fundraising initiatives.
“We are excited to grow into and with Georgetown,” adds Mancilla. “Thank you to Georgetown for making another Two Step Inn successful for us!”
