Care Partner to Caregiver is open in Georgetown, TX!
Owned and operated by Josie Zamora, the organization focuses on care management specializing in memory loss.
“Care Partner to Caregiver, LLC was created by me, Josie Zamora, RN, BSN, MSN. I am a local Georgetown resident, where I have lived with my husband since 2012. I created Care Partner to Caregiver, LLC because of my personal experience as a caregiver,” Zamora said. “Care Partner to Caregiver care management is a way for those living with a loved one affected by memory loss to get the help they need as well as answers to their questions. Our care management services are customized to meet the client’s needs for every phase of the journey.”
Zamora’s own mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 1992, she said, and during that time she felt lost and overwhelmed with questions. After helping care for her mother, spending a long career as a nurse, and being involved with caregivers for several years with a focus on memory loss, including starting A Gift of Time, Zamora decided to start Care Partner to Caregiver to further assist those who are caring for a loved one who is experiencing memory loss.
“Care Partner to Caregiver was founded in 2022 to address the issues of caregivers throughout our community who still have significant needs,” Zamora said. “I understand what it is like to care for an aging parent, especially one with memory loss. I am here to serve.”
Services the organization offers include:
- One Time Consultation

“Our staff are health care professionals trained in memory loss and adult health,” according to the company’s website. “The process starts with an initial phone call to our office. We gather basic information (intake) of the situation. Our staff prepares a list of options of services based on the clients’ needs. The care partner and/or the caregiver can choose the services that best fits their needs. A care plan is developed when a client is enrolled in our services.”
