Job Description
- Responsible for upkeep, coordination, and maintenance of financial-related functions of Crestview Baptist Church.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination of Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Ledger between CBC and outside accounting firms.
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements and weekly pre-funded payment cards.
- Post, maintain, and reconcile contribution records. Prepare and send contribution statements at least annually or upon request.
- Responsible for the maintenance of vendor records and correspondence.
- Responsible for the maintenance of personnel records.
- Responsible for the coordination of payroll between CBC and outside accounting firms. Maintain the sick leave and vacation records for all employees.
- Work in conjunction with the Church Administrator to fulfill the financial functions of the Church.
- Perform other duties as assigned
